UNIAP's direction comes from a number of partners and organizations through the Project Steering Committee (PSC); the COMMIT Taskforce Meeting; UNIAP's Management Board, and the COMMIT Senior Officials Meeting.

UNIAP's Management Board

The UNIAP Management Board provides strategic direction for UNIAP, monitors progress in project implementation, reviews and approves the project’s staffing structure, and approves its budget.

The Project Steering Committee

The Steering Committee is made up from a group of stakeholders including representatives from all of the COMMIT countries, partners, donors, and government representatives.
